Memory to Manuscript: Project Terms

The Spirit of Our Partnership At Memory to Manuscript, we treat your memories with the highest level of care. These terms outline how we collaborate to move your story from memory to masterpiece.

1. Deliverables & Design Process Memory to Manuscript is a premium digital design service. Your final product is a professionally designed, high-resolution, print-ready PDF file. Physical printing and binding costs are not included in the design fee.

• Your project includes three (3) rounds of revisions (minor text edits or photo swaps).

• Additional revisions are billed at $50 per hour.

 

2. Printing Assistance We are happy to assist you in selecting a high-end third-party printer and can provide guidance on uploading your file. However, Memory to Manuscript is not liable for errors, delays, or quality issues caused by third-party printing companies.

3. Photo Quality & Content Memory to Manuscript is not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution or blurry photos provided by the client. By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights to all text and images provided.

 

4. Final Approval You will receive a digital proof for review. It is the client's responsibility to check for typos and name spellings. Once you provide final email approval, the design is locked. Any errors found after printing are the responsibility of the client.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Full Refund: Available within 48 hours of purchase.

• Partial Refund: After 48 hours, but before design work has commenced, a refund may be requested minus a $50 administrative fee.

• No Refunds: Once design work has begun, the project fee is non-refundable.

 

6. The "Ghosting" Policy If a project remains inactive (no communication or questionnaire submission) for one (1) calendar year, the project will be considered void and all fees forfeited.

7. Privacy & Portfolio We only share photos of your finished book on our social media or website with your explicit written permission.
